Getting Comfy in Coach
I leave Friday for 26 hours of flying before landing in Hong Kong. Three days later its off to Singapore for the rest of the week. This means I’ll be spending a lot of time in coach. My powers to get myself upgraded only succeed 25% of the time internationally and because I have no status on Cathay Pacific I’ll have to rely on charm alone to have a chance at an upgrade, so I found this article on getting comfy in coach interesting. Stretching, getting an exit row and noise canceling head phones all help. I have considered wearing my cheesy “Bride” t-shirt from my bridal shower since its our 5th wedding anniversary and hoping to get upgraded at the counter, but really that just seems desperate. Have any getting comfy techniques or upgrade tricks?
